Our team follows internationally recognized best practices in animal transport and works closely with airlines, veterinarians, and authorities to provide a smooth relocation experience.
However, it’s important to understand that certain factors may occur beyond our control, including (but not limited to):
Airline delays or cancellations
Weather conditions
Handling by third parties (e.g., airlines, customs, cargo staff)
Unforeseen health issues
For this reason:
Panama Pet Relocation cannot and does not guarantee against illness, injury, escape, or death at any time.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from such events.
Pet owners are strongly encouraged to ensure their animals are healthy, fit to travel, and meet all medical and regulatory requirements.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and understand that Panama Pet Relocation’s responsibility is limited to providing professional coordination, documentation, and handling throughout the relocation process.
💳 Refund Policy
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds only.
Non-refundable deposits are excluded from all refund considerations.
Partial refunds will apply only to expenses not yet incurred, plus 50% of our service fees.
For regular quotes, refunds will be processed four weeks after cancellation.
For early payment discounted quotes, refunds will be issued during the week of the originally scheduled pet shipping date that qualified for the early payment discount.
If different refund terms were provided to you in writing (by email), those specific terms will override the general policy stated on this website.
